Control Zed grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

The Service may include multiplayer gameplay, chat, messaging, or social features.

• Harass, threaten, impersonate, or abuse other users
• Use hate speech, explicit content, or discriminatory language
• Spam, advertise, or solicit other users
• Share personal or sensitive information
• Attempt to bypass moderation, reporting, or safety systems

We reserve the right to monitor, moderate, remove, or restrict chat and multiplayer features at our discretion, and to report unlawful activity when required by law.

The Service may include content generated by artificial intelligence systems (“AI-Generated Content”), including but not limited to dialogue, events, visuals, text, or gameplay elements.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-Generated Content is provided as-is
• AI-Generated Content may be unpredictable, inaccurate, or incomplete
• Control Zed does not guarantee correctness, appropriateness, or availability
• AI-Generated Content does not represent real people, events, or advice

Control Zed reserves the right to modify, filter, or remove AI-Generated Content at any time.

The Service may display advertisements or include third-party services.

You acknowledge that:

• Ads may appear during gameplay or menus
• We are not responsible for third-party content, products, or services
• Interactions with advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser
• Some features may rely on third-party platforms subject to their own terms and policies.

The Service may include virtual items, currencies, or unlockable content.

You acknowledge that:

• Virtual items have no real-world monetary value
• They are licensed, not sold
• They may be modified, reset, or removed at any time
• Purchases are non-refundable except where required by law or platform policy

If you submit content (including usernames, chat messages, uploads, or gameplay data):

• You grant Control Zed a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Service
• You represent that you have the right to submit the content
• You are solely responsible for your submitted content

We reserve the right to remove or restrict content at our discretion.

All software, assets, trademarks, gameplay systems, AI systems, and content are owned by or licensed to Control Zed LLC and protected by applicable laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without permission.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, including for:

• Violations of these Terms
• Harmful behavior toward other users
• Operational or legal reasons

Upon termination, your license to use the Service ends immediately.

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”

We make no warranties regarding:

• Availability or uptime
• Error-free operation
• Multiplayer performance
• AI-Generated Content outcomes

Use the Service at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Control Zed LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the past 12 months

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Control Zed LLC from claims arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Multiplayer interactions
• User-generated or AI-generated content
• Violations of these Terms

If you access the Service via the Apple App Store or Google Play:

• You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Control Zed, not Apple or Google
• Apple and Google are not responsible for the Service or support
• Apple and Google are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms
• You must comply with all applicable platform rules and policies

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Control Zed LLC is registered.
